What Concerns You?
What concerns me is the fact that there are people in prison who don't belong to be there. Many lives have been ruined by the citizens of the world who falsely accuse innocent people of crimes they did not commit. James Driskell was convicted and sentenced to life in prison after being accused of murdering his friend Perry Harder. Three hair samples were found at the crime scene, and the evidence convicted him of this crime. After further testing in the U.K. the results came back negative, and none of the hair samples belonged to James Driskell. After being in jail for 12 years, James was granted bail and a new trial was ordered. The inquiry's final report said the jury in Driskell's trial was "Seriously misled", along with a key witness being unreliable, proving that lives have been ruined by the misjudgment of the Canadian Judicial Council.
